We have a new player; Josh Baines has joined us. He hasn’t played for a few years but nevertheless impressed at indoor nets. We MAY start this week although a lot depends on the weather and the draining of our ground. You may have noticed that we have taken delivery of new covers for wicket, although at the moment there is not much point in putting them on. It is a precursor that sides in Division’s one and two of the Nidderdale Cricket League have covers. The 2nd XI are due to play Boroughbridge and Staveley with the match sponsored by Scott Robinson Electrical.
