Film Club – Tuesday, 21st March, 7.30pm @ The Village Institute

Following the successful screening of The Dig last month, we’re delighted to be showing a 2001 John Le Carré spy thriller this month, directed by John Boorman.

Preyed upon by a ruthless, seductive British spy played by Pierce Brosnan, Harry (Geoffrey Rush) spins a yarn that inadvertently sets off a series of events which threaten to destroy everything he values most in life. A satirical, dry thriller with a morality tale, it is rated R for explicit language and nudity.  

Runtime: 109 min. Rating: Rated R for strong sexuality, language and some violence. Genre: Drama, Espionage.
