You are hereby invited to attend a meeting of Embsay with Eastby Parish Council, to be held on Wednesday 10^th May 2023, following the Annual P.C. meeting at 7:30pm in the Village Institute Main Hall for transacting the business on the agenda below.

1. Annual Report – Chairman’s Report
2. County Councillor Noland – Update on North Yorkshire Council
3. Un-Audited Accounts – The Clerk (Any questions from parishioners)
4. YDNP Local Plan Consultation
5. Public Participation – Residents are encouraged to raise requests or concerns
6. Any future items for proposal. Recreation Ground Maintenance

The next Annual Meetings will be held in May 2024 Time & Venue TBC
