Extreme sadness has been expressed at the news of the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II

“We would like to express the deep sadness of the Parish Council members and Clerk on hearing the announcement of the death of Her Majesty the Queen.”

“This sorrow will be felt across the Nation, and we send our sincere condolences to the Royal Family.”

“Flags will be flown at half-mast and Books of Condolence will be opened at the Village Institute, Skipton Town Hall and at the Council offices in Belle Vue Square Skipton. An on-line book of condolence is available at: The Royal Family-royal.gov.uk
