The ‘New Embsay Fell Race’ is now a Fell Runners Association licensed race and is on their race calendar.

The race will be part of the village fete on 15th July and will start at 4pm, with entries, on the day only, from 2pm. We have been advised to keep it to a seniors-only race in the first year, so 18s and over this year.

We are really hoping to get runners out of the village and make this a true village event so please get training!

Prizes for first locals in male and female categories.

We estimate needing around 15 volunteers to Marshall the race so please could any volunteers – including those who expressed an interest previously – message James Tiffany at the details below.
