One of the year 3 pupils from Embsay C of E Primary School (aged 8) decided that he wanted to do something to raise money for the homeless.

Last weekend, he held a cake stall selling cookies and cakes from his drive to neighbours, family and passers by. An amazing £55.39 was raised! He chose to donate this money to our organisation.

The money will be used to purchase some well needed items for the food bank. We are very proud of you!
