Talented young local artist Kat Rose has captured some lovely images whilst foraging in Embsay Woods, (Craven Woods). If you’re up on a walk there, look out for the huge range of fungi and mushrooms at this time of year. You’ll find many varieties including Velvet Shanks, Jelly Ears and King Alfred’s Cake!
