The Embsay and Eastby Good Neighbours Charity

The Embsay and Eastby Good Neighbours Charity would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who opened their garden, the volunteers who looked after the cake, coffee and tea stop at the Chapel schoolroom, Raj and his team at the Post Office for selling tickets, the musicians who entertained folk and to everyone who supported the event on Sunday . We are still counting the money raised so will in due course let you know.

The Millholme Dixieland Jazz Band

The Millholme Dixieland Jazz Band thoroughly enjoyed playing in the Methodist Hall and in one of the lovely gardens that were open to the public on Sunday. Also, the tea and buns in the Methodist Hall were excellent.

Many thanks to our hosts and also to the Embsay and Eastby Good Neighbours . What a great local event!
