Yorkshire Water have notified residents, who live along the route, of the removal of their large crane from the Water Treatment Works at Embsay Reservoir.
The crane will be transported out on 3 large wagons on 9th May.

In a similar way to the notification letter regarding its arrival, what the letter says and what their accompanying route map illustrates are two different things. However it is likely that the route will be the one shown on the map (avoiding the stretch of Pasture Road by the school to Elm Tree Square).


So the route will probably be:
Water Treatment Works – Pasture Road – West Lane – Daleacres Cresent – Daleacres Drive – East Lane – Shires Lane – Low Lane – A59
