Dancing In The Aisles With The Swing City Big Band In Embsay

Tickets are selling fast for this concert!

The Swing City Big Band is making a much-anticipated return to St Mary’s Church, Embsay with Eastby.  An evening of ‘Dancing in the Aisles’ will take place on Saturday 2 March 2024, at 7.30pm.

The ticket price of £15 (£13 for under 18s) includes a drink.  There are a few tickets left, which can be bought from Helen Hargreaves: phhargreaves410@gmail.com  It is unlikely there will be any tickets to be available on the door.

Proceeds from the concert will go to the church and its ‘Cut the Carbon’ project which is raising money for a new green electric heating system.

Music will include popular pieces from the swing era by Glenn Miller as well as more contemporary numbers.
