There have been reports of a number of acts of vandalism that have taken place at our Embsay allotments.

One shed was broken into and another unlocked shed appears to have been used as a den for local youths; nothing appears to have been stolen. The water source at Embsay was polluted with washing up liquid – this has by the time of writing been mostly flushed through.

Can we all be just that bit more vigilant  – especially on these upcoming late summer evenings as to who is hanging around down on the cricket field/allotments.
